Using NTXPrint
These terms govern services provided by NTXPrint, LLC through ntxprint.com. Read them together with the specifications shown for your selected product and our linked order policies. When placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing the terms presented at checkout. You must be legally able to enter the transaction and, when acting for a business or another person, have authority to do so. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
Accounts and appropriate use
Provide accurate account, billing and delivery information and keep your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, misuse another person’s identity or use our services for unlawful activity. We may restrict misuse or decline unlawful or infringing work, subject to applicable law and any amounts properly refundable.
Product selections, prices and payment
Review the finished size, material, print sides, quantity, sets, finishing, production option and delivery details before ordering. Prices and available options can change before an order is accepted. The applicable product price, shipping and taxes are those confirmed for your order. An automated submission receipt is an acknowledgment of receipt, not confirmation that an unusable file or unavailable configuration can be produced. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you about the correction or cancellation and any applicable refund before proceeding on changed terms. Additional work or charges require your agreement.
Your artwork and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in the files and content you provide. You authorize NTXPrint and the providers involved in your project to copy, process, adapt for production and transmit that content as needed to provide the services you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content or authorize unrelated promotional use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to supplied text, photographs, logos, fonts and other material, including content taken from a website. A publicly accessible image or logo is not automatically free to use.
Design tools and AI output
AI tools can help create and revise artwork, but results may include inaccurate wording, distorted graphics or unsuitable layouts. A selected editing region helps guide an edit; it does not guarantee that every other detail will remain unchanged. Review each revision before accepting it. Generated designs may resemble other designs, and we do not promise exclusivity or that an output is free of third-party rights. Only use outputs you have reviewed and are entitled to use. Availability, file limits and usage allowances may vary; any paid feature must disclose its charge before purchase.
Proofs and print readiness
Before approving artwork, check every required side or page, spelling, contact information, images, orientation, dimensions, bleed, safe areas, folds, cut lines and finishing layers. Follow the template for the exact product. An editor preview or automated check does not inspect every possible production issue and is not a guarantee of print readiness. Keep essential text and logos inside the specified safe area and remove template guides from final artwork. Approval authorizes production using the approved file and selections. Corrections after approval may be unavailable or may require an agreed additional charge.
Color and manufacturing variation
Screens, paper, coatings and printing processes reproduce color differently. An on-screen preview is not a contract color proof. Small variations in trimming, registration, color and finishing can occur within the applicable product’s production tolerances. Ask us before ordering if exact color, positioning or another special requirement is essential; it must be specifically agreed rather than assumed from a screen image. This does not excuse a verified manufacturing defect.
Production and delivery
Production timing depends on the selected service and completion of payment, usable artwork and any required approval. Production time and shipping time are separate. File corrections, delayed approvals or unavailable information can affect the schedule. Review our turnaround information, shipping times and shipping policy for delivery conditions and charges. Confirm a critical deadline before ordering; do not assume an estimated date is guaranteed.
Changes, cancellations and order problems
Custom products are made for your order. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation; work already in production may not be stoppable. We will explain what can be changed and any costs before proceeding. Inspect delivered work promptly and report a problem using our contact form, with the order number, description and photographs. Our Returns, refunds & reprints policy explains the review process, reporting periods and available remedies. That policy applies subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful product information and functioning tools, but uninterrupted access, error-free previews and indefinite storage are not guaranteed. Keep copies of your files and approvals. To the extent permitted by law, NTXPrint is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a print order, such as lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits remedies for conduct where such a limitation is prohibited.
Privacy, applicable law and updates
Our Privacy Statement explains how information is handled, including artwork, AI features and advertising. Applicable United States and Texas law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory protections that apply where you live. We may update these terms prospectively; the terms applicable when your order is placed govern that order unless a later change is agreed or required by law.
