When the shipping clock begins
Transit starts when a completed order is handed to the carrier. A shipping label or tracking number alone does not confirm that pickup has happened. Check the carrier’s acceptance scan and current tracking estimate for the latest shipment status.
For planning, do not include the pickup day as a transit day. Count the days used by the selected service, allowing for weekends, holidays and any service exceptions.
Why transit times vary
The same product can have a different transit time depending on where it is produced and where it is going. Package size, service level, destination access and carrier conditions also matter. Different items or boxes from one order can have different tracking details and arrival dates.
We do not use one nationwide ground-transit estimate for every job. Review the shipping choices for your order and contact us if the arrival date is critical.
Ground and expedited services
Ground arrival dates are estimates. Where expedited services are offered, their delivery commitments and exceptions are set by the carrier. Choosing expedited delivery does not speed up artwork approval or manufacturing.
Saturday delivery must be available for the route and arranged in advance. International shipments may need extra time for customs; duties and import-related charges are separate from the quoted print and shipping price.
Track each shipment
- Open the tracking information supplied for your order and review the latest carrier scans.
- Check every tracking number if your order has multiple products or boxes.
- Verify the delivery address and any signature requirements before dispatch.
- If tracking shows an exception, no movement beyond the expected window or a delivery you cannot locate, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
Our shipping policy explains address corrections, reshipping charges, risk of loss and delay provisions.
Working toward a deadline?
Tell us your in-hand date and destination before placing the order. We will review the available production and shipping choices. For Direct Mail or EDDM, postal entry and delivery follow a different process from parcel delivery; request a mailing quote for that project.
