Build a smooth, lightweight graphic for your next custom display. Two-way stretch polyester can pull neatly around gentle curves and corners, making it useful for exhibit walls, wraps and other installations that need flexible printed fabric. Choose your panel size and edge finishing to suit your project.
Specifications
- Material: 8.8 oz two-way stretch polyester with single-sided dye-sublimated printing.
- Size: Custom panels up to 90 x 1200 inches, in either orientation. Pocket configurations require at least 8 inches on each side in the online configurator.
- Product type: Flat printed fabric with selected finishing. This is not a fitted replacement sleeve or an assembled display. Frames and poles are not included.
- Edges: Double-stitched hems with black or white thread suited to the graphic, or heat-cut edges without hems. Optional brass grommets can be placed along all edges, opposing edges, corners, or at custom spacing.
- Pole pockets: 2- or 3-inch top or top-and-bottom pockets, or custom 1.5-, 2-, 2.5- or 3-inch pockets per edge. A 2-inch pocket fits a pole up to 1 inch in diameter; a 3-inch pocket fits up to 1.5 inches.
- Velcro: 1-inch Velcro includes hook and loop. The 2-inch option includes loop only. Both are sewn along all sides. Pockets and Velcro require hems.
- Artwork: One single-page PDF or JPEG at the ordered dimensions. CMYK, 150 PPI at full size, fonts outlined. No added bleed or crop marks. Keep text clear of seams and remove template guides before uploading.
- Care: Wash gently in cold water, then hang or lay flat to dry. A hand steamer can release creases. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron.
- Production: Standard next-business-day supplier production after approval; large quantities may take longer. Transit time is additional.
