Guide visitors, announce an event or promote a business with lightweight corrugated signs and reflective graphics. The printed engineer-grade vinyl is mounted to 4 mm white coroplast for an outdoor-ready display. Order a custom size with one or two printed faces, add grommets for hanging, or choose an H-stake for compatible ground placement.
Specifications
- Construction: 4 mm white corrugated plastic with UV-printed 4 mil engineer-grade reflective adhesive vinyl.
- Printing: Full color on one or both sides; a separate artwork file is required for each printed face.
- Dimensions: Minimum 6 x 6 inches; maximum 48 x 96 inches, in either orientation. Enter up to two decimal places. Finished size may vary slightly.
- Grommets: None, top two corners or all four corners.
- H-stake: Optional. Flutes run vertically when artwork width is 48 inches or less; wider signs have horizontal flutes. Confirm stake compatibility for your orientation before payment.
- Oversize fulfillment: Signs exceeding 48 x 38 inches are supplier-pickup only. Pickup arrangements and availability must be confirmed before payment.
- Artwork: Exact ordered size, no added bleed or crop marks. Keep important content at least 0.25 inch from edges and clear of grommets.
- Files: Single-page PDF or JPEG per side, CMYK, 150 PPI raster images and outlined fonts. Remove all template guides.
- Photo: Shows a sign with the optional H-stake. Included finishing follows your selections.
- Ordering and delivery: Select your product options and calculate UPS shipping before checkout. Transit begins after production is complete.
