Create a clean, professional graphic for a smooth sign face, display panel or other flat surface. This 3 mil vinyl combines a matte printed finish with gray-backed, air-egress adhesive to help installers work air toward the edges. It is a practical choice for durable flat-surface graphics indoors or outdoors.
Specifications
- Material: 3 mil calendered PVC film with gray-backed, pressure-sensitive adhesive and air-egress channels.
- Printing: Single-sided matte UV print. No lamination.
- Adhesive: Temporarily removable during installation. Surface condition and exposure affect later removal; test a small area first.
- Size: Custom rectangular graphics up to 52 x 1908 inches in either orientation, subject to parcel shipping limits.
- Applications: Long-term flat-surface indoor and outdoor graphics. Water- and UV-resistant. This is calendered vinyl for flat installations, not a cast vehicle-wrap film.
- Installation: Use a clean, flat, smooth surface. Air-egress channels assist installation but do not replace careful preparation. For multi-panel work, plan overlaps in each ordered panel and artwork size.
- Artwork: One single-page PDF or JPEG at the ordered size. No added bleed or crop marks. CMYK, 150 PPI at full size, outlined fonts and converted spot colors. Keep essential content within the suggested 0.25-inch safe area.
- Template: Enter your dimensions to download the matching exact-size guide. Remove all guide lines and instructions from production artwork.
- Production: Standard next-business-day supplier production after artwork approval. Quantities above 100 need additional production time. Transit is separate.
