Use the template matching the ordered size and shape. Supply CMYK PDF with 300 dpi raster images and the product-specific bleed shown on the matching guide. Remove all template guides and labels from production artwork. The pack index lists included shapes; a rectangular guide must not be used as a substitute for an unlisted die cut.
