- Perforation: No Perforation; Perforation 2" from Right; Perforation 1.5" from Right; Perforation 2" from Bottom; Perforation 1.5" from Bottom.
- Numbering: No Numbering.
- Bleed: 0.125" on every side; add 0.25" to both trim dimensions for artwork.
- Safety: Keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside trim and clear of perforations, scores or folds.
- Availability: Use a size, stock and finishing combination offered together by the configurator.
Choose the PDF page matching the size and selected perforation: none, 1.5" or 2" from the right in landscape, or from the bottom in portrait. Add 0.125" bleed per side and keep essential content 0.125" clear of trim and perforation. Included perforations apply only to combinations available in the order. Supply CMYK PDF with 300 dpi raster artwork and remove all guides.
