Supply CMYK PDF with 300 dpi raster images and 0.125" bleed on every side. Match the ordered size and die. Remove template lines and labels before printing. Use the front/back orientation pair where supplied. Arch guides include a scored flap; starburst lines are cuts, not fold lines. Tear-off guides mark the selected 2-inch perforation. Unlisted die/size combinations require a confirmed production guide.
