Specifications
- 30 mil high-strength flexible magnet with direct UV printing and a matte surface.
- Custom sizes from 6 x 6 up to 36 x 96 inches, in either orientation.
- Straight corners or 0.25-, 0.5-, 0.75- or 1-inch corner radius.
- One printed face. Suitable for compatible smooth magnetic surfaces indoors or outdoors. Check the intended surface before ordering; aluminum and plastic panels will not hold magnets.
- Use exact ordered dimensions without additional bleed or crop marks. Keep essential content at least 0.25 inch from cut edges, with extra clearance at rounded corners.
- Single-page CMYK PDF or JPEG at 150 PPI, fonts outlined. Finished dimensions may vary slightly.
- Remove, clean and dry both the magnet and mounting surface regularly. Allow the magnet to lie flat against the vehicle overnight before driving.
- Production excludes transit; rush timing depends on artwork approval and cutoff availability.
