3 Part Form Pads with Wraparound Cover
Keep a customer copy, an office copy and a working record together. These three-part carbonless form pads suit purchase orders, delivery records and service authorizations that need three matching copies. The wraparound cover keeps the pad organized and can be placed beneath the active set while writing.
- Finished size: 8.5" x 11", portrait.
- Paper: 20LB 3-part carbonless stock.
- Parts: White, canary and pink sheets.
- Book format: 35 sets per book, with a blank wraparound cover.
- Printing: 4/0 full-color front or 1/0 single-color front; unprinted reverse.
- Surface: No coating, suitable for handwritten forms.
- Binding: Short-edge glued sets with a top-stapled wraparound cover.
- Artwork size with bleed: 8.75" x 11.25"; 0.125" bleed on every side.
- Safe layout: Keep important content 0.125" inside side and bottom trim; the NTX template reserves the top 1" for conservative cover clearance.
Use the downloadable portrait NCR form-sheet template. Its shaded top band is a conservative content-clearance allowance, not a cover cut or fold line. Keep headings, logos and form fields below it. Supply print-ready PDF artwork with 0.125" bleed on every side, CMYK for full-color printing and 300 dpi raster images. For 1/0, prepare single-black artwork. Remove all guides and instructional text before uploading. Do not include artwork for the blank cover.
